Coles Group Property Developments (CGPD) engaged Wallace PM in a Development and Project Management capacity to assist with the sale of recently developed freehold centres. The appointment was based on Matthew’s experience and relationship with CGPD in his capacity of Project Manager and Superintendent for multiple Greenfield shopping centres.

Matthew Bruce has previously assisted CGPD in the successful delivery of Coles Riverton, Byford Village, Banksia Grove Village and Vasse Village, and various Due Diligence reports for site servicing.
