AGEM Property Group engaged Wallace PM to project manager the detailed design, tender & construction of our Iluka Plaza project, comprising IGA Supermarket, Liquor Store, Nido Early Learning School, Medical Centre, Pharmacy & other specialty tenancies.

Throughout the project Wallace PM successfully and professionally managed the detailed design process and procurement process, and to date has successfully managed the construction.
